Even though it wasn't as warm as the ocean down in Myrtle beach, the kids really enjoyed their time spent at Lake Michigan. Added bonus: the water didn't sting your eyes! On this day the water was still below seventy degrees, so most of the time was spent building sand castles. Aunt Lala accompanied us and was Caroline's security when the boys got too splashy.
