Bowling Bowling Bowling.........

Per Drew's request.....ok...demand.....we went bowling Saturday. This was Caroline's first time actually getting to throw the ball. She was hilarious as she ran back up to the seating area to watch her ball roll and roll and roll and finally tap a pin or two. There was some serious excitement going on in her world. Gabe only bowled a couple frames, as he was happier looking out the window in the game room and watching the traffic on 17th Street.

Drew was not a happy kid, he was extremely disappointed that he only threw one spare and didn't throw a strike at all. He is very hard on himself and was very visibly (and vocally) upset. We had to have a conversation (or two, or three) about how we don't always succeed at everything we attempt, sometimes we need to practice. This is not a concept Drew grasps very well. We'll keep working on it.
