It's Red

After a month without a van to call my own, we brought home our newest vehicle Tuesday night. It was dicey, as there had been rain, freezing rain and sleet on and off all day. We caught a lull in the weather system, and took a drive up the mountain.

Yes Dad, it's another Ford. But I really loved my last Windstar! Rob and I were both excited to find this van, and felt it was the superior drive over the others we tested. We also got a great deal. The van is in fabulous condition and runs exceptionally well. It doesn't have all the extras my other van had, but it has a few new ones we didn't have before.

The kids love it. Gabe is thrilled that it is the "color red" and Caroline is smitten with her new pink carseat. Drew is just happy that things are back to normal with Dad having his car and Mom having her van. Mom is happy to have her own wheels again, and Dad is happy not to have to share his anymore. So I guess that means we're all happy.
