The past week or so we had a couple day of intermittent flurries. Nothing significant enough to stick around. The boys were absolutely tortured that the snow melted once it hit the ground.
That all changed today.
After Drew got home from school, we all bundled up and went out for a bit. They were all in heaven. Caroline giggled her little buns off. Gabe rolled around in it, and Drew ate record amounts of it. I even hauled out one of the sleds and pulled them around the backyard. Oh the giggling!
We only stayed out about forty-five minutes, as it was getting darker, windier and colder by the second. The boys came willingly. Caroline threw a fit. Who would've guessed THAT?!? It looks like winter is upon us. I must admit....the snow.....it does make everything seem a bit more Christmas-y.
