Look who is friendly with Steamer!

You may recall this post back in January. Caroline DID NOT like Steamer. At all. It was all I could do to get her in the ballpark. Steamer turned Caroline into a screamer. Seriously, I think the light standards shook from the power of her screams.

After months of Steamer-immersion therapy, we have a formed a friendship with Steamer. She's done well tolerating Steamer in her sight, even allowing him with five feet of her. Friday night she summoned up the courage and gave Steamer a high five! We were all so excited for her. She even overcame her fear and was able to run the bases with her brothers after the game. Steamer is always on the field for this, and that was enough to keep her from participating. Friday night she happily ran around those bases, sporting an ear-to-ear smile the entire way.

Today she not only gave Steamer another high-five, but she sat next to him so I could snap a picture.

Everyone has been giving her props. Her brothers, her Dad, even many of the Curve employees. This? Folks, this is BIG NEWS!
