Last Saturday Rob surprised Drew in a big, bad, sneaky way. Instead of bringing Drew home after his baseball practice, Rob kept on driving. Drew was unaware there was a bag of his stuff packed up and hiding in the trunk of the car.
Why?
They were on their way to Detroit to see a Detroit Red Wings play-off game! To say Drew was excited is an understatement. But there was more. There were a whole lot of Egan Aunts, Uncles and Cousins going to the game as well.

Drew loved the game, getting to sit next to Jeff the whole time. Super cool for Drew!! It would have been a bit more fun if the Wings had won, but he was still in his glory just being there with so many of his favorite people. Those of us left behind were a wee bit bitter. Oh well.
